The sacrament of marriage

JoseMike2.jpg

Since 2005, the National Catholic Church has proclaimed that the Sacrament of Marriage is between two Christian people who choose to ask God to bless and strengthen the love of the couple. There are no restrictions on gender, identity or gender orientation. This is a complete sacramental marriage, not simply a blessing or holy union. If you are interested in marrying your partner, use the contact page to schedule an appointment with a pastoral staff member.

Sacred Orders

The call to ordained ministry is a mystery of God's involvement with the Church and the people of God. That discernment in the call is a spiritual journey that God has chosen. What we do know is that God's call is not limited to any gender or marital status. God calls different people to ordained ministry because there are different people and needs within the Family of God. If you feel the call and want guidance in the discernment process, please contact our Vocation Director in person.

eUCHARIST

Masses are celebrated every Saturday at 6:00 pm in Spanish and Sunday at 11:00 AM. You don't need to be a member of the Holy Angels, not even a Catholic. All who want to come and worship God in a community of love and acceptance are welcome. Our Eucharistic table is open to all, the perfect gift of God is offered in the same way that Jesus offered the Last Supper; Open to all without reservation or judgment. Come and share the feast.

ANOINTING OF THE SICK

The Community Anointing of the Sick is celebrated at the end of the Mass on the first Sunday of each month. Everyone is invited to share this special sacrament of God's healing. As we pray for physical healing, we know that God heals more than just the body. People pray for emotional or spiritual healing knowing that God sees the whole person, not just the physical. Individual reception is available in the church or at home or in the hospital. Please contact us if you want to receive the Sacrament at a time or place other than the first Sunday.
